When it comes to Medicare Supplement and Part D drug plans, Bill is the one. I was new to Medicare, and honestly, you don’t know what you don’t know—it can be overwhelming. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and calm. I’m a question person, and he answered every question I had. If he didn’t have an immediate answer, he researched it and got back to me promptly. He explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and truly makes sure everything is handled correctly. When there was a question about premium payment, he reached out to both me and the insurance company to ensure everything was set up properly. He even helped me with travel insurance.
