I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent person but this whole Medicare system had so many moving parts i was completely confused. I’d somewhat understand it, when John explained it, but then I’d run into a snag and I’d have to re-familiarize myself all over again so I’d call up John once again. He was always available and I’m talking about - he actually answered the phone and would, once again, explain it to me - never getting impatient or short with me. It was such a stressful process and to tell you the truth I absolutely could not have done it without him. He researched all the plans and explained his rationale for choosing a particular insurance product. He made it make sense to me. I can’t recommend him more highly.
