Your agent was helpful in selecting and enrolling a supplemental plan. However, my premium was supposed to be a direct withdrawal from my checking account. I then received a payment coupon book for the premium, which I thought was odd. Then I called the Thomas Insurance agent to inquire about it, and was told the direct withdrawal was in the system and that the supplement company sent coupon books to all clients. I accepted that explanation, and shortly thereafter received an email saying I would be past due on January 2, 2026. I again called the Thomas Agent and was told I was the direct withdrawal was in the system. In my opinion that was the extent of the explanation and help. I then called the customer service of the Supplement company and was told my direct withdrawal was not in their system. We then proceeded to correct the situation. I am not sure where the breakdown occurred, but was happy to intervene on my own behalf.

Kelli Lambert was extremely helpful every step of the way for getting a Medicare supplement for my husband & myself. She emailed me the plans available in my area prior to our phone appointment.
